Herbal teas are food, not medicine — but a daily cup is a gentle ritual with real benefits.
Before bed
Chamomile, lemon balm, lavender or passionflower — drink a cup 30–60 minutes before bed.
After meals
Peppermint, fennel or ginger — they help with digestion and bloating.
Mornings
Tulsi (holy basil), nettle or rooibos give you a steady, non-caffeinated lift.
Immune support
Thyme and elderflower, or ginger with lemon and honey.
How to brew
Cover the cup while it steeps to keep the aromatic oils in. Steep for 5–10 minutes, and sweeten lightly with honey if you like.
